Wir möchten euch auf die üblichen Dinge einmal kurz hinweisen, damit ihr euch bereits jetzt darum kümmern könnt und dadurch Stress und Geld spart.
Ist bereits ein Certificate of Registration (CoR) der APHA ausgestellt?
Alle vor 2025 geborenen Pferde benötigen ein CoR. Bitte bedenkt, dass hierfür inzwischen grundsätzlich eine DNA-Überprüfung notwendig ist und das erstellen der Papiere daher länger dauert. Um noch rechtzeitig ein CoR zu erhalten, solltet ihr euch sofort darum kümmern.
Ist das Certificate of Registration der APHA bereits auf euch ausgestellt oder gehört das Pferd offiziell noch dem Vorbesitzer?
Die einfachste und günstigste Methode den Transfer einzutragen, ist über PH Central (früher MyShowDay) https://phcentral.innate.ly/
Wenn ihr euch dort einen Account angelegt habt, braucht ihr nur noch gute Fotos von Vorder- und Rückseite (natürlich mit unterschriebenem Transfer) des CoR und eine Kreditkarte. Der Punkt „Transfer“ führt euch durch die einzelnen Fragen.
Während der German Paint ist die APHA nicht vor Ort, daher muss der Transfer im Vorfeld erfolgen und am Tag vor eurem ersten Start eingetragen sein.
Habt ihr eine APHA Mitgliedschaft, die bis mindestens 07/2025 läuft?
Diese könnt ihr online verlängern und zahlt so nur 79 USD. Bei einer Verlängerung auf der Show sind es 89 Euro.

Möchtet ihr ein Show Lease beantragen und habt dies noch nicht getan?
Es ist zwingend nötig, dass das Show Lease vor der Show erstellt wird, daher empfehlen wir den Antrag bereits jetzt zu stellen. Dies geht entweder über PH Central https://phcentral.innate.ly/ oder mit diesem Formular APHA Files
Bitte denkt daran, dass das Pferd dann befristet dem Leasingnehmer gehört. Der eigentliche Besitzer oder seine Familienangehörigen können keine Amateur-Klassen in diesem Zeitraum starten.
Ihr habt euren Hengst kastrieren lassen?
Wenn ihr Halter Klassen starten wollt oder ein Jugendlicher das Pferd vorstellen will, dann muss die Kastration zwingend vorher bei der APHA eingetragen sein. Der schnellste Weg ist über dieses Online Formular: Gelding Report Form
Ihr benötigt nur gute Bilder vom CoR!
Alternativ könnt ihr das Original CoR mit zur Show bringen, damit wir die Änderung eintragen!
Ihr möchtet (Novice-) Amateur oder Novice Youth Klassen starten und habt noch keine entsprechende APHA Karte?
Für nur 15 USD könnt ihr die Karten online beantragen. Hierfür benötigt ihr eine Kreditkarte.

We would like to briefly point out the usual things so that you can take care of them now and save stress and money.
Is an APHA Certificate of Registration (CoR) already issued?
All horses born before 2025 require a CoR. Please bear in mind that a DNA check is now generally required for this and that it therefore takes longer to issue the papers. In order to receive a CoR in time, you should take care of this immediately.
Has the APHA Certificate of Registration already been issued to you or does the horse still officially belong to the previous owner?
The easiest and cheapest way to register the transfer is via PH Central (formerly MyShowDay) https://phcentral.innate.ly/
Once you have created an account there, all you need are good photos of the front and back (with a signed transfer, of course) of the CoR and a credit card. The “Transfer” section will guide you through the individual questions.
The APHA is not on site during the German Paint, so the transfer must be made in advance and registered the day before your first start.
Do you have an APHA membership that runs until at least 07/2025?
You can renew it online and pay only 79 USD. If you renew at the show, it will be 89 euros.

Would you like to apply for a show lease and have not yet done so?
It is mandatory that the show lease is created before the show, so we recommend that you submit the application now. This can be done either via PH Central https://phcentral.innate.ly/ or with this form APHA Files
Please remember that the horse then belongs to the lessee for a limited period of time. The actual owner or his family members cannot compete in amateur classes during this period.
Have you had your stallion gelded?
If you want to start Halter classes or a youth wants to show the horse, the castration must be registered with the APHA beforehand. The quickest way is via this online form: Gelding Report Form
You only need good pictures of the CoR!
Alternatively, you can bring the original CoR to the show so that we can register the change!

You can apply for a card online for only 15 USD. You will need a credit card.
