Hinweise zur Startreihenfolge des Paid Warm Up Trail
Bei der Erstellung der Startreihenfolge haben wir die Rückmeldungen zur Anreise nach Möglichkeit berücksichtigt. Unser Ziel war es, allen Teilnehmern eine möglichst faire und praktikable Einteilung zu ermöglichen.
Mit der Veröffentlichung der Startreihenfolge ist diese grundsätzlich abgeschlossen. Individuelle Änderungswünsche können wir leider nicht mehr berücksichtigen. Da viele Teilnehmer möglichst spät starten möchten, ist es organisatorisch nicht möglich, einzelne Starts auf Wunsch nach hinten zu verschieben.
Teilnehmer mit mehreren Pferden können selbstverständlich selbst entscheiden, welches Pferd sie zu welchem ihrer Startplätze vorstellen. Ebenso ist es für das Paid Warm Up unerheblich, welche Person das jeweilige Pferd vorstellt. Auch hier könnt ihr flexibel planen.
Solltet ihr euch mit einem anderen Teilnehmer auf einen Tausch eurer Startplätze einigen, ist das ebenfalls möglich. Bitte informiert uns in diesem Fall vorab kurz per E-Mail, damit wir ggf. den Doorman entsprechend informieren können. Wir können jedoch keine Tauschpartner vermitteln oder Anfragen koordinieren.
Notes on the Starting Order for the Paid Warm-Up Trail
When determining the starting order, we took feedback regarding travel arrangements into account as much as possible. Our goal was to provide all participants with a starting order that is as fair and practical as possible.
With the publication of the starting order, the process is now essentially complete. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate individual requests for changes. Since many participants wish to start as late as possible, it is not logistically feasible to move individual starts to later times upon request.
Participants with multiple horses may, of course, decide for themselves which horse to enter for which of their starting slots. Likewise, it doesn’t matter who presents each horse during the Paid Warm-Up. You can be flexible with your planning here as well.
If you agree with another participant to swap your starting slots, that is also possible. In this case, please let us know briefly in advance via email so that we can inform the doorman accordingly, if necessary. However, we cannot arrange swap partners or coordinate requests.
