Als erstes müsst Ihr euch im Nennportal unter https://nennung.phcg.de registrieren!
Hier müsst Ihr Euch als Teilnehmer einmalig registrieren und könnt in Zukunft jede weitere Nennung ohne erneute Eingabe erledigen. Das heißt wer sich bereits in den letzten Jahren registriert hat, muss dies nicht wieder tun. Falls ihr unsicher seid, mit welcher E-mail Adresse Ihr Euch registriert habt, schickt eine kurze email an meldestelle@german-paint.de , wir können das für Euch nachsehen.
Da hier Daten von Euch gespeichert werden, ist es aufgrund der Datenschutzgrundverordnung nötig, das jeder einen eigenen Zugang anlegt. Nur Kinder bis 16 Jahren können auch unter dem Account der Eltern mit angelegt werden.
Wir haben den Ablauf einmal beispielhaft in einem Video festgehalten:

Bevor es nun zu Eurer Nennung geht, gibt es ein paar Dinge die Ihr vorbereiten könnt.
Welche Informationen zum Pferd brauche ich für die Nennung?
Die Informationen bleiben gespeichert, habt Ihr mit dem Pferd schon einmal genannt, dann braucht Ihr es nur noch auswählen.
Name -> Wie auf dem Certificate of Registration (CoR) der APHA angegeben / bei noch nicht registrierten Fohlen gebt Ihr bitte NameVater x NameMutter an
APHA Reg-Nr. -> diese findet Ihr ebenfalls auf dem (CoR) / bei noch nicht registrierten Fohlen gebt Ihr bitte 999999 an
Geburtsdatum
Geschlecht
Rasse -> hier müsst Ihr zwischen Paint Horse (=Regular) oder Paint Horse Solid wählen (Rasseoffen gilt nur für Turniere mit rasseoffenen Klassen)
Futurity/Maturity –> Wenn Ihr das Feld auf „ja“ setzt bekommt Ihr auch später die entsprechenden Klassen zum nennen angezeigt (natürlich muss das Pferd auch startberechtigt sein)
Transponder oder UELN Nr. -> Diese Information benötigen wir aufgrund der Viehverkehrsordnung. Ihr findet die Transpondernummer (Mikrochip Nummer) im Equidenpass.
In älteren Pässen des PHCG auf Seite 3 (Mikrochip Nummer) In neuen Pässen des PHCG auf Seite 1 (Transponder Code)
In Pässen von anderen ausgebenden Stellen kann die Position natürlich abweichen, es sollte aber immer mit Transponder Code oder Mikrochip Nummer angegeben sein.
Da die Transponder erst 2013 verpflichtend wurden, kann es für früher geborene Pferde auch sein, dass kein Transponder gesetzt wurde. In diesem Fall brauchen wir die „Eindeutige Lebensnummer/Unique Life Number/Numéro unique d’identification valable à vie/Identification No./No. D’identification“ die ebenfalls im Equidenpass zu finden ist.
Da es bei einem Fohlen bei Fuß der Mutter sein kann, dass noch kein Equidenpass vorhanden ist, tragt Ihr bitte die Transponder Nummer der Mutter ein. Da Pferde nur mit Equidenpass oder bei Fuß der Mutter transportiert werden dürfen, müsst Ihr diesen Pass dann auch mit der Mutter mitbringen.
Da sich diese Daten nicht mehr ändern (abgesehen von Hengsten die gelegt werden), bleiben die Daten des Pferdes für zukünftige Nennung gespeichert. Bitte achtet daher darauf die Daten korrekt zu erfassen, denn eine Änderung ist für Euch später nicht mehr möglich. Änderungen können nur durch uns als Admin erfolgen und daher können Fehler Eure Nennung verzögern.
Außerdem benötigt Ihr die Anschrift Eures Heimatstalls.
Da die Viehverkehrsordnung von uns Angaben verlangt, von welchem Stall aus die jeweiligen Pferde gekommen sind, müsst Ihr den Namen und die Anschrift des jeweiligen Stalls eintragen.

Kann man 2 Zugänge mit der gleichen Email-Adresse anlegen?
Nein, das ist nicht möglich. Aufgrund der Datenschutzgrundverordnung muss jeder, dessen Daten gespeichert wurden, darüber Bescheid wissen. Dies gilt für alle Personen ab dem 16ten Lebensjahr. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit ist größer dass die Angaben korrekt sind wenn keine bereits benutzte Email-Adresse verwendet wird.
Was ist mit Kindern unter 16 Jahren?
Da diese noch nicht geschäftsfähig sind, muss ein Erziehungsberechtigter die Nennung abgeben. Daher benötigt der Erziehungsberechtigte ein Account und legt das Kind so an wie in der Anleitung für Registrierungen beschrieben.
Was muss ich tun, wenn ich mich mit der Email-Adresse und dem automatisch erstellten Passwort nicht anmelden kann?
Als erstes einmal die eingegebene Email-Adresse genau prüfen und dann das Passwort manuell mit allen Sonderzeichen und Beachtung der Groß- und Kleinschreibung eingeben. Copy+Paste funktioniert hier nicht immer, manchmal erwischt man noch ein Leerzeichen und schon klappt die Anmeldung nicht.
Ich habe bei der Registrierung nicht alle Daten korrekt angegeben und habe nicht verstanden wie ich sie ändern kann
Zu aller erst müsst Ihr Euch einloggen, ihr seht das daran dass neben dem kleinen Männchen rechts oben Euer Name erscheint. Wenn ihr dann auf den Pfeil klickt, kommt ihr zu „Mein Profil“. Hier könnt ihr die Daten bearbeiten und später dann rechts unten auf „Speichern“ klicken.
Meine Adresse hat sich geändert oder ich bin kein Jugendlicher mehr, was muss ich tun?
Auch hier müsst ihr euch einloggen und auf „Mein Profil“ gehen. Dort könnt ihr die Daten bearbeiten bzw. bei den Divisionen Y(outh) und NY(outh) raus nehmen und dafür ggf. A(mateur), NA(mateur) oder O(pen) einfügen.
Warum muss ich die Divisionen eingeben?
Ohne die entsprechenden Divisionen werden Euch später nicht alle Klassen zum Nennen angezeigt. Ihr werdet immer nur die Klassen zur Auswahl sehen, die für Euch und Euer Pferd möglich sind. Daher ist es wichtig die korrekten Daten anzugeben.
Kann ich die Nennung am Handy erfassen?
Das Nennportal ist nicht responsive programmiert. Wenn überhaupt, dann sieht man nur alle Felder wenn man das Handy quer nimmt. Besser ist es einen Computer zu nutzen

Before you proceed to enter your horse, there are a few things you can prepare.
What information about the horse do I need for the entry?
This information is saved; if you’ve already entered the horse’s name before, you just need to select it.
Name -> As stated on the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of the APHA / for foals not yet registered please enter NameSire x NameDam
APHA Reg-No. -> you will find this also on the (CoR) / for not yet registered foals please enter 999999
Date of birth
Sex
Breed -> here you have to choose between Paint Horse (=Regular) or Paint Horse Solid
Futurity/Maturity -> If you set the field to „yes“ you will also get the corresponding classes to enter (of course the horse must also be eligible to start)
Transponder or UELN No. -> We need this information because of german regulations. You will find the transponder number (microchip number) in the equine passport.
In older PHCG passports on page 3 (microchip number) In new PHCG passports on page 1 (transponder code)
In passports from other issuing authorities, the position may of course differ, but it should always be indicated with a transponder code or microchip number.
As the transponders did not become mandatory until 2013, it is also possible that no transponder was set for horses born earlier. In this case we need the „Lebensnummer/Numéro unique d’identification valable à vie/Identification No./No. D’identification“ which can also be found in the equine passport.
As it is possible that a foal in the company of the dam does not yet have an equine passport, please enter the transponder number of the dam. As horses may only be transported with an equine passport or at the company of the dam, you must bring this passport with the dam.
Since this data does not change (except for stallions that are gelded), the data of the horse will be saved for future entries. Please take care to enter the data correctly, because it is not possible for you to change it later. Changes can only be made by us as admin and therefore errors can delay your entry.
You will also need the address of your home stable.
Since the Livestock Transport Regulations require us to provide information about which stable each horse came from, you must enter the name and address of the respective stable.

Is it possible to create 2 accounts with the same email address?
No, that is not possible. Due to the basic data protection regulation, everyone whose data has been stored must know about this. This applies to all persons over the age of 16. The probability is higher that the information is correct if no already used email address is used.
What about children under 16?
Since they are not yet legally capable, a parent or legal guardian must submit the entry. Therefore the legal guardian needs an account and creates the child as described in the instructions for registrations.
What do I have to do if I can’t log in with the email address and the automatically created password?
First, check the entered email address carefully and then enter the password manually with all special characters and respecting the upper and lower case. Copy+Paste does not always work here, sometimes you catch a space and the login does not work.
I did not enter all data correctly during the registration and did not understand how to change them.
First of all you have to log in, you can see that next to the little man on the top right your name appears. If you click on the arrow, you will get to „My Profile“. Here you can edit your data and later click on „Save“ in the lower right corner.
My address has changed or I am no longer a youth, what do I have to do?
Again, you have to log in and go to „My profile“. There you can edit the data or remove the divisions Y(outh) and NY(outh) and insert A(mateur), NA(mateur) or O(pen).
Why do I have to enter the divisions?
Without the divisions you will not see all classes to enter. You will only see the classes that are possible for you and your horse. Therefore it is important to enter the correct data.
Can I enter the entry on my cell phone?
The entry portal is not responsive programmed. If at all, you can only see all fields when you take your cell phone across. It is better to use a computer
